first calm. then curious.
I tend to see the little things first. This is particularly true in nature. My memories of hikes aren’t defined by the sweeping vistas but by the small wonders: tiny pinecones, weathered stumps, and the textured pillows of moss.
I aim to capture this meditative state I experience outdoors in my work. That place where we can be filled with wonder and curiosity, completely immersed and in tune with our surroundings. Discovering through exploration. Trying things out.
